2011年那次汽配出口的纠结经历

客户:A

工厂:B和C   (2家工厂)

品名:19个  (汽配)

 

2011.7.20   和工厂确认报关品名,B工厂说所有品名都能开,C工厂说只能开一部分。客户想拿到全部17%的退税,两家工厂又都有不是17%退税的产品,我给出的方式是,因为要去2家工厂拖柜,所以2家工厂分4票核销单,2票买单2票正常出口。来满足品名的全部一致和全部拿到17%的退税,但是这个方式后来被客户否定,原因是费用过于高。OK

 

2011.7.23   C工厂又说全部品名都能开出,客户也妥协,说愿意按照实际品名去报关,不管是不是满17%的退税。OK,我给出的方式是,因为不是很相信工厂,我让客户去和工厂谈两家工厂各扣10%货款。C工厂不接受,后来没办法因为如果这几天开票。到时候票隔月注销的话很麻烦,ENS最晚是周三晚上。周2我就要去拖车,因为是洋山港必须先报关后进港所以时间上面,相当紧急,必须8月1号前货款付给C工厂然后让他开票出来拍照给我们看到。

 

2011.7.26   外商美金到账,付全款给C工厂,付90%给B工厂

2011.8.1    B工厂增票扫描件看到,报关资料准备完毕。

 

拖车的时候也有个问题,后来协商解决的,就是这次是一个40HQ一个40GP,但是B工厂货有80多立方,C工厂只有30多立方,解决方式是,8月2号先让一辆40HQ去 B工厂去拖柜,8月3号早上B工厂自己把剩下的货拖到C工厂,然后中午的时候我们的40GP拖车到C工厂去拖。 这次MSC很奇怪我们订的是一个HQ一个GP 却给了我们2个40HQ,这样的话客户说因为大部分产品是塑料,在海上晃来晃去容易坏掉。我给出的解决办法是,把货物堆矮一些,全部放满,上面留空间。

 

2011.8.2  本来说上午到工厂的,拖车半路坏掉晚上6点半才到工厂。(中间的纠结不解释)

2011.8.3   拖车准时到。

2011.8.4   通知被查验。

2011.8.5   查验出问题,有些汽配例如铁支架应该归类到退税低的钢铁制品里面,中网应该归类到退税低的塑料制品里面,有苦说不出啊我,辛辛苦苦归类2天,整理的19个品名全部如实报关,的的确确全部是汽配呀,海关要你钱真的没办法啊!没办法花钱搞定。好说歹说花了5000块。HS编码是我归类的,我也没办法,代理费都不满那么多,我和客户说每人承担一半费用,客户接受。

 

2011.8.6 – 2011.8.7  周末,以为这件事情告一段落,忙了整整一周,累得和什么似的,周末在家躺了2天。

 

2011.8.8  被告知有一个箱子晚了MSK最晚的进关时间,货物有可能拖一个船期!晴天霹雳啊!不知道怎么和客户去说这个是,后来客户给我来电话,指定货代已经和客户说了这件事情。中间还有一个小插曲是ens数据和进仓数据不一样,没事上午去改,中午搞定。

下午漫长的等待消息,晚上4点被告知,船期肯定是误了,要产生费用,于是我打电话给客户 客户崩溃了~。后来傍晚的时候客户认可了做漏装改下一次的船期。(还好客户善解人意啊!)其实这种事情真的防不胜防,没办法预料,也不是我的错误哎,但是作为服务业,这单是失败的,因为客户已经不开心了。

2011.8.15被告知又拖了船期,我此时的心情只能用4个字来形容“无力吐槽”,(指定货代给出的解释是理货数据错误,理货数据是神马?!我只知道指定货代开始推卸责任了!)我发现现在出的事情多了,我反而淡定了,置之死地而后生而感觉,让我出奇的淡定,客户的外商已经出离愤怒了,连发了2封邮件表达不满,我客户也解释了,白天我也想好了,我真的要做点什么了,于是今晚放弃了WOW时间,我花了2个小时整理了一篇文章给外商,(英语4级425分过的我,你们都伤不起。。。)写完让客户帮我看了下,明天准备发给外商。

My name is Kevin. I am Amy’s export agent. Nice tocontact with you again.  We are also feel very sad about the delay . Thefollowing is my analysis of the reasons for the delay.

1.As you know, the goods are likely inspection by customswhen export. (please kindly noted the reason for inspection is not our goodsproblem but In order to prevent smuggling). It is custom duties. What’s more ,Auto parts export inspection rate is very high. It is about 20%. So we have noother way to avoid it.  We will also need undertake $1200 for eachinspection. So We also feel very headache when inspection.

2. I contacted with you forwarder after inspection at thefirst time. I asked your forwarder three times if we can catch the nextshipment. You forwarder was very confident to tell us it’s no problem. So webelieved her.

But One week later. We were informed from your forwarderthat your goods delayed again. We feel very angry to hear this bad news. Thiswill mean we would undertake more charge for the delay. The important is causedgreat loss to you. But we have no ways about it and just waiting for news fromyour forwarder. Because they are your forwarder which you have appointed.

3. your forwarder said to you that becaused out dataerror caused to this delay. If it is right,why they haven’t informed us therevised it in time . We just got know this news after delay from yourforwarder. We feel very confused it.. We believe our data is correct. It isobvious your forwarder They want to avoid responsibility.

We hope you can understand our situation. Your supplierAmy also undertake more than $3000 for your goods delay. There was no reasonthey should delay shipment. Because they delivery your goods on time. Why theydelay your good after the goods arrived your forwarder warehouse and also needpay many charge.  No people will stupid to do this. Hope you cancommunicate with your forwarder about your goods.

At last. We would like tell you our company also can helpyou import your goods. We have own forwarder company. Our company have moreexperience on this thing. We are good at solving this kind of matter . Hope wewill have opportunity of cooperation with you in future.

2011.8.16 客人说你想再听过多解释,只想货物不要再延误8.22船期。

2011.8.17  ENS数据再次发出,报关资料准备完毕,已经寄给报关行,希望这次别再出问题了

2011.8.19 已经放关,等待21号船期,我烧香了!!!别出问题啦! 客人下一单96个品名又到我手里了 我了个去,心里一沉~哈哈哈

2011.8.22上午  周一,一上班就马上打电话问指定货代柜子上船了没有,已经上船了。(心中窃喜)

2011.8.22下午  客户说ENS数据错了,搞得我一头雾水~后来搞清楚了情况,没办法避免。情况是这样的,着客人的货物比较特殊,具体数据需要的装箱装好了才能确定(因为看实际情况会多装一点进去),但是洋山港是先报关后进港,8.2,8.3这2天去拖车,我8.1就要准备好资料寄给货代去报关,ENS结关时间是8月3号下班前,客人完全准确的数据也要等8月3号做完柜才能提供,但是报关我8月2号就要报了不然的话柜子进不了港区,ENS数据要和报关数据一致,所以当时ENS数据就按照我报关数据去报了,这样就导致了ENS数据和实际的数据难免会产生偏差的情况。

2011.9.8   流程上面的问题基本上全部解决了,结算了!恩不错,单子虽然麻烦,客户很通情达理。
